Respecting the intellectual property rights of others is a priority for D-STREAM.
Important Disclaimer
D-STREAM does not host, store, or upload any video files on our servers. We strictly act as a search engine and catalog for media files already available on the public internet via third-party hosting services. We have no control over the content of these external sites. If you wish to have a video file removed completely from the internet, you must contact the third-party video host directly.
1. Filing a DMCA Complaint
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content indexed on D-STREAM infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works on a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (You must provide exact URLs to the D-STREAM pages containing the links).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Submitting Your Notice
Please submit your detailed DMCA notice via our designated contact channel. We aim to process valid takedown requests within 48 to 72 hours.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, D-STREAM has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or content contributors who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
